The Gilded Edge Exhibit Features Work of Carol Dunn
Salem, CT (Apil 11, 2010) – The Gilded Edge Custom Framing and Gallery is pleased to present the eclectic works of Carol Dunn in an exhibit running from April 20 thru May 29th. An artist reception will be held Friday, April 30 from 6:00 to 9:00pm and is open to the public.
Carol Dunn is an award winning printmaker and photographer, specializing in alternative processes for creating artwork. She exhibits frequently in the New England area, and is an Elected Artist in the Norwich Arts Council, Mystic Arts Center, Connecticut Women Artists, and Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts. Her studio, Little River Studio & Gallery, features views of the river, lots of natural light and an etching press, where she holds classes in her many techniques.
Carol has also taught classes at Quinebaug Valley Community College (QVCC), where she received an Associate degree in Fine Arts, Manchester Community College, Mystic Arts Center, and the Guilford Art Center. She also plans to teach at Silver Circle Studio in Putnam as well as Meiklem Kiln Works in Bozrah. Her work is held in private collections throughout the US and internationally.
