Online Bidding Rules
The online auction bidding for Suffering Beauty will open at 2:00
PM Friday August 18, 2005 and will close promptly Saturday September 3, 2005 at
midnight.
Persons wishing to bid on Suffering Beauty online may do
so by entering the dollar amount of your choice and filling out the bid form
in its entirety. Please note, a bid constitutes a legal contract to buy.
This item has a minimum "raise" amount of ten
dollars. Online bids are disqualified if the minimum bid or raise is not
sufficient.
Online and offline bidders whose bid stands at the close of the silent
auction will be notified of their winning bid by telephone and/or email
address on Tuesday September61, 2005. It is the responsibility of the
successful bidder to make payment in full. Payment may be made by cash or
credit card. The auction purchase may be picked up immediately at The Gilded
Edge following the close of the auction. Alternatively, the item may be
shipped via UPS. Shipping and packaging costs will be added to the winning
amount bid.
How to Check Your Bid
For identification purposes, your bidding ID will be the first and last
initials of your name and the last 4 digits of your telephone number. You
can check the status of your bid on the home page of this web site. Bid
changes will be posted daily when a higher bid has been received. |
